LOA Pro Tip: Practice the Feeling

 

If the key to manifesting your desire is literally feeling it into being, then your job is to take time out of each day to practice the feeling of what you want.

But first things first, check your rearview and side mirror: Have you identified what you want, as a feeling? Have you released any immediate resistance or beliefs that don’t align with what you want to manifest?

Awesome! Now comes the fun part:

As often as possible, practice putting yourself in a place where you are FEELING the reality of your desire. Whether you’re visualizing or daydreaming or writing – whatever technique works for you – you should be enjoying, relishing and celebrating that what you want has already happened.

The What-If Technique

This technique is one of the first that I ever used and it was AMAZING. And worked almost instantaneously. It’s especially great if you’re pretty new to the law of attraction and haven’t ever actively worked on feeling better before. Before we dive into it, I want to note AGAIN that these techniques are only meant to make you feel better. If something doesn’t work for you, you don’t have to use it. The Only Two Reasons You Ever Feel Bad

Since the law of attraction is all about feeling good, it can be frustrating when you get into a funk doing this work. Even if the funk only lasts a day, or even a few hours, they’re not fun! They’re annoying because we put so much “work” into feeling good, and when we don’t it starts to feel like the end of the world.
